Radhika is our signature biochar expert and another Co-Founder. She is responsible for Plant Operations and makes sure all the different departments including quality, administration, transportation and Procurement work in harmony . With incredible emotional intelligence and ability to understand people, she extends influence over all departments. She knows how to build a healthy relationship with people associated with the company. Be it customers, vendors, or employees, she makes sure everyone works together.
